Job Summary:
This highly visible role will be supporting a global technology organization focused on:

• Change management initiatives
• Performance Consulting - such as process diagnostics and design, structure and root cause analysis as well as benchmarking;
• Development of infrastructure to support the organizational performance and drive business results. A proven background of driving and communicating change within a complex business environment and partnering with senior leadership to improve organizational agility is a must.

Qualifications:
Masters Degree
7 + years of OD experience
Six Sigma experience preferred

Experience:
7+ years of professional OD experience
