June 24 Meeting: Creating a Culture of Change

Updated 6/3/2008 to indicate change in presenter.

Creating a Culture of Change
.
Rebecca Schmale, PhD - Vice President of Organizational Development, OhioHealth

"Employer of Choice" and "world class" are terms used to describe organizations where people want to work- where they are engaged, motivated and successful. As VP of Organizational Development at OhioHealth, Rebecca Schmale believes culture is the primary reason people come to work, stay with an organization and that becoming an 'employer of choice' isn't nearly as important as understanding and embracing key facets of culture that enable the organization to retain top talent and achieve optimal performance & success!

In this session, Dr. Schmale will discuss how OhioHealth creates a culture to attract and retain the best talent, reward and develop employees, and capitalize on diversity, recognition and inclusion.

Join us at 6:00 p.m. on June 24, 2008, at Franklin University as Dr. Schmale shares her experience and ideas on how you can create an organizational culture which employees find motivating, rewarding and which significantly enhances business success!
